Warm White! white has always been my favorite before I met Amma, and after meeting Amma its been totally: white house, car, furniture, curtains, clothes, accessories …

Each color symbolizes various inner moods, part of our inner structure… So, each one holds so much value and a unique place!

This is a tough one, Pink is my favorite reminds me of Love & Amma.

I love all the colours of Nature - blue and emerald green , the colours of the oceans, blue skies with streaks/bands of colors out of God’s pallette, variant shades of green - of the grass,the fields ,the forests and the tree-dotted mountains…and the WHITE of the cottonwool clouds that move in the skies as though on vigil and constantly remind me of Amma and Her Omniprescence.

My favorite colour is Blue… The vastness of the sky which is blue…., Depth of Ocean is blue…. To reach a state of mind similar to these aspects of Sky & Ocean…. is the state of Bliss…

Green. So my children say since I am drawn to clothes of that shade. Is it because Madurai Meenakshi’s green captivated me or that I sense freshness/newness around that shade?

I love colour of fire and its flames. The fire is the great purifier, the eternal witness of all ‘Yagnas’, of all the offerings. It inspires the greatest of all human values, sacrifice, the very essence of Hindu Dharma. The the color reminds us of the orange hue around the rising Sun, that dispels darkness and radiates light all around. It beckon us to shake of our lethargy.

Growing up, it was always sky blue - my first van was this color. But in the past decade or so, I’ve grown to love the contrast of the colors of nature - particularly the blue sky and water, white clouds, brown earth, and green plants and yellow sunlight. Then again, there are sunsets - a pallet of pastels that changes every night. And of course the colors of my favorite flower mentioned previously - and which has now been identified as ‘Lantana’ by a dear devotee friend.

My favourite colour is the simplest of all colours i.e. white. White is sign of purity white reminds us of milk, greatest norisher and body builder. Did u ever notice that white dress is most difficult to maintain; some or other stain would creep in and shpoint perfect whitness. In this Yuga it is most difficult to maintain purity of thought, action.

Before i knew Amma, it was easy to choose favorites. But now in answering these simple questions i find it very difficult to have a favorite for it excludes so much. The sadness of exclusion is greater than any specialness of the single. I read the answers to these questions each week and feel such “Ammaness” is the responses, that it is like Amma is grape jam on warm biscuits. So what ever color Amma is i want to be soaked deep with that color.

My favorite color is teal or light turquoise. I don’t know why, but I’ve always been drawn to it. It is not a choice of the intellect. It just is.

I like 2 colors: the first one is always white, like Mother’s sari..it’s a pure and simple color, but radiant at the same time.

My favorite color changes often. Currently I am most drawn to purple and black…I feel comforted by black and it seems that purple may be associated with the major shifts occurring in my life right now. Anyway, I dyed my hair purple and bought a new black sweater for the winter.

Saffron / Ochre is my favourite colour. Since it represents the quality of TYAGA (Renunciation). Then, as pointed by one brother in one of the above comments, it is colour of FIRE (Dispeller of Darkness i.e IGNORANCE).
